The agreement is with EADRCC (Euro-Atlantic Disaster Response Coordination Centre), NATO's principal civil crisis response mechanism, which coordinates assistance in the Euro-Atlantic area from NATO Allies and Partners to countries that have been struck by a major disaster.    "Right now, we are handling all logistics with whiteboard, spreadsheets and brains", said Guenter Bretschneider, Head of EADRCC.
