The ceremony of Hela Sarana Tsunami project Phase 1 completion was conducted in Sri Lanka on 30 October 2005. The first phase has completed 50 Houses at the village of Peraliya in the Southern Part of Sri Lanka. The phase 2 for additional 50 houses has now started, writes Leslie Dep, Arup Project Management.
